Cherry Creek Village North maintains guidelines to follow for improvements to your home and property.  These guidelines are compared to the submitted Architectural Review Request and a determination is made by the board for the approval/rejection of the project.  The goal is to maintain Cherry Creek Village North as a place people will want to live.  Each project is reviewed individually and  approved or rejected on it's merits.  Variances from the guidelines can be granted on a case by case basis.
