The HOA Board is comprised of 5 to 12 members from the neighborhood. Board  Members must be owners of properties in the neighborhood. The term of office is 3 years.  Any property owner wishing to fill an open position on the board can submit a letter to the President and attend a monthly board meeting to present their qualifications for joining the board.   Board Meetings are generally held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month.

   The Airport authority is charged with addressing noise complaints and provides citizens with two ways to contact them: #1 the airport operations office at 303-790-0598 ext 2909 and talk to Todd Green, Noise Specialist, or #2 call the "Noise Complaint Hotline", at 303-790-4709. The hotline is automated and incomplete complaints will not be considered.  You will need to provide a specific time that the incident occurred and provide all other information requested on the recording. If you would like a return call, be sure to leave your name and telephone number.
